      Course Overview: Are you taking a promotional exam and have an assessment center as part of your process?  If so, this is the course for you! This ONLINE class is specifically designed to provide Officers with the knowledge, skills, and abilities to understand and apply key areas and “best practices” in regard to commonly encountered situational exercises utilized in promotional testing. This class has ONLINE access to oral boards, in baskets, panel interview exercises and more.  Stock answers and scoring information is provided to allow candidates to learn as you go and develop your answers and maximize your scoring potential.   Instructor-led Coaching sessions with J. Harris instructors are also available at checkout or individually to assist you.
