Every supervisor needs to learn and understand their individual roles and responsibilities for their specific rank. It is essential they attend the rank-specific classes for their individual development.
This course connects the dots among ranks for team development. This one-day class will demonstrate how all rank levels interact to create highly functioning teams which will improve service delivery to the community served, improve morale within the organization, and move the agency toward their greater purpose – achieving their vision.
