Whether it is officers getting ready to transition to supervision, newly promoted supervisors attending this course as their indoctrination into their new role, or seasoned leaders continuing their leadership training, this four-day class has it all. Supervisors will learn the most up-to-date trends in leading, documenting, counseling, mentoring, communicating and more.
