  • September 22: IDAHO Chubbuck City Hall , 290 E. Linden Ave, Chubbuck, ID (Host: Chubbuck Police Department). This course is POST certified.

This one day course is specifically designed to increase the knowledge, skills and abilities of all supervisory personnel (civilian and sworn) who evaluate the performance of others. Many times, the list of observable dimensions, tasks, skills, or competency areas are listed by the agency, but the training on proactive supervisory skills to monitor and document these items are not adequately conveyed. The result is a worthless document that becomes a checkbox for accreditation.
