Using real case studies, practice labs, role-play, and structured investigative exercises, attendees learn to navigate the complexities of Garrity, Weingarten, and Loudermill; conduct fair interviews with complainants, witnesses, and subject officers; analyze evidence; prepare findings; and maintain protected IA records that withstand public scrutiny, media review, and legal challenge.
