This four-hour seminar is specifically designed to assist those seeking law enforcement careers with the knowledge, skills, and abilities to seek out and successfully obtain a position with a law enforcement agency.  Throughout the course, candidates will learn the differences between Civil Service and Non-Civil Service careers. An overview of the hiring process will take place with a general overview of written examinations, physical fitness examinations, psychological exams, and the oral board.  Significant time will be utilized to focus on commonly asked oral board questions and strategies for developing your answers.  Those that attend will receive a companion guide to the course that contains numerous resources, oral board questions and more that will assist in achieving your career goals.  Any up and coming police officer candidate should attend this seminar and receive the inside track from law enforcement executives on “Getting the Job”.
